City Strong Community Development Corporation was born from a deep commitment to building a better future for Tampa and Hillsborough County residents. After working for many years in real estate and community outreach, our founder witnessed persistent gaps in access to housing, workforce opportunities, and essential support. These challenges inspired the creation of City Strong CDC - a mission-driven nonprofit with a belief that every individual deserves a fair chance to thrive, regardless of background or circumstance.

Our organization brings together diverse community partners, employers, and service providers, transforming fragmented systems into an integrated network of hope and opportunity. We know that real change happens when supportive services work hand in hand: from guiding families to affordable housing, to supporting job seekers, to connecting seniors and youth with life-changing resources.
